We would like to offer you a cup of healing sake that will always gently accompany you. (Sake Brewer) Junmai Ginjo, unfiltered. Popular name is “Shiro Ten” ( White Heaven)Mild, fresh aroma, soft sweetness and acidity like white grapes, with a freshness reminiscent of citrus. When opened, the sake tastes fresh and juicy with carbonation. From the third day after opening the bottle, the gas is released and the mellow flavor comes together.
