About the Sake
HIZIRIZM” is a limited-quantity brand of Hiziri Shuzo, based on the brewery’s unique environment, and mainly consists of ‘test brews’ and ”challenge brews”. HIZIRIZM is a new brand for some of the limited distributors of “HIZIRI” sake.
About the Taste
The aroma is reminiscent of cream soda and the taste is mellow, as seen in the kimoto production of the Hiziri Shuzo brewery. It is followed by a refreshing acidity and bitterness like an orange. (Sake Brewer)
When the bottle is first opened, it has a pleasantly subtle gasiness, moderate sweetness and acidity, and a juicy taste. It has an elegant aftertaste and a mild sharpness. The complex flavor of Omachi rice and the acidity unique to the raw rice will show its true value even more when served with a meal.
