About the Sake
Junmai Ginjo-shu brewed with Miyamanishiki in the very popular Hanaabi series.
About the Taste
The aroma is gorgeous, and the taste is well-balanced between the “sweetness” and “acidity” of the fruit. The aroma is reminiscent of fresh pineapple and spreads refreshingly in the mouth. The finish is less sweet and full-bodied than other Hanaabi, and the umami flavor lingers for a long time.
