About the Sake
All of Aramasa sake is brewed in the traditional way of sake brewing, Kimoto method and the traditional wooden vat brewing method. We do not use any of the “undeclared additives” (acids, enzymes, inorganic salts, etc.) that are commonly used in brewing methods. (Label information).
The Colors series is a series of sake rice varieties from Akita, and Viridian is made from Misato Nishiki. Viridian is a limited edition sake made with Misato Nishiki polished to 50% Koji and 50% Kake. It is the thickest and most lingering bottle in the series.
About the Taste
The sweet and sour aroma and mild melon-like flavor gently spread in the mouth, and the moderate effervescence and lactic acidity round out the entire sake.
