Kyohina Suimoken DaiGinjo / 京ひな 吹毛剣 大吟醸

Japanese Sake 日本酒

About the Sake

Suimoken” is a Zen term for a sword that is sharp enough to cut through even blowing hair. The name was derived from this sword, in search of a sake with a sharp, well-honed flavor.

Tasting Notes

The aroma is subdued and the taste is elegant. The first sip is like water, and then the umami gradually becomes familiar on the tongue. The more you drink, the more intoxicated you become, the more it shows its true value. It has a classic taste and a refreshing flavor that enhances the deliciousness of meals.
