Japanese Sake 日本酒

About the Sake

This is one of the [Discovery] series, whose theme is to explore the charms and possibilities of rice produced in Chiba Prefecture. This annual series explores and sublimates the charms and possibilities of rice produced only in Chiba Prefecture, a major agricultural prefecture. This is a bottle of sake that embodies our desire and determination to prove our existence by delivering a moment of refinement to everyone with our original sake rice from our own prefecture. Please enjoy the full flavor born from the land of Chiba Prefecture, which is surrounded by the sea.
Fusanomai: Bred in 2001 from a cross between Hakumyo-Nishiki, a rice suitable for sake brewing, and Chubu-72, a rice suitable for rice brewing.

About the Taste

It has a sweetness reminiscent of kiwi and muscat, a light nigori mellowness, and a clean, refreshing taste. Slightly effervescent when opened, it can be drunk lightly even in summer.
