“Nifuda” means “Luggage Tag”. The label of this sake looks like a luggage tag, so this sake series are named “Nifuda-sake”.
“Geppaku” is brewed with the aim of creating a fresh, simple, and elegant sake that meets the needs of the current era, with a sake degree of +8 defined among Nifuda-sake of Kamonishiki.
About the Taste
The aroma is subdued, slightly apple-lime. The taste is softly sweet and refreshingly apple-like. It is clear and easy to drink. It is a Junmai Daiginjo that can be served with kappo cuisine, kaiseki cuisine, sushi, and other high-class dining. Limited Sake.
