About the Sake
Kankiku Meijyu brews a very limited series of unfiltered sake that is brewed only once a year. This time, the brewery has created a bottle based on the theme of love. The name of the sake rice, “Aiyama (Love Mountain)” gives it the concept of “red,” and its elegant and refined sweetness gives it the image of “jewelry.
About the Taste
The aroma is gorgeous, reminiscent of pineapple. When drunk, it has the characteristic tangy gasiness of unfiltered Nama-Sake (raw sake) and the elegant fruity sweetness that is typical of Aiyama rice. It is light, refreshing, and has a good sharpness.
